A Passion Shaped by Experience
This passion is carried forward by Noah Klement, who completed his sommelier studies in Copenhagen, one of Europe’s most innovative food and wine capitals. With his expertise, Noah brings both international perspective and local sensitivity to our selection, ensuring that every wine chosen feels both exciting and authentic.
A Cellar of Character
In our handcrafted stone wine cellar, guests can discover beautiful wines from across the world, with a special focus on Italy. From the Alpine freshness of South Tyrol and Trentino to the sun-drenched vineyards of Tuscany, Piedmont, and Sicily, the collection highlights wines with character, balance, and a strong sense of place.


Our philosophy is simple: wine should complement the food and enhance the atmosphere. That’s why our list ranges from crisp whites and elegant reds to sparkling highlights and rare finds – carefully matched to the dishes created in Markus Klement’s kitchen.

Tastings & Experiences
We also invite our guests to join us for wine tastings in the hand crafted wine cellar of Mineralienhotel– an intimate way to explore the diversity of Italian wine culture, guided by Noah’s knowledge and stories.
