Our handcrafted stone wine cellar is more than just a place to store bottles – it’s a setting for discovery. Here, we regularly host wine tastings that bring guests closer to the passion, history, and flavor of our carefully selected collection.
Guided by Noah Klement, sommelier trained in Copenhagen, each tasting is a journey through Italy’s great wine regions and beyond. From Alpine freshness to Mediterranean depth, the wines are chosen to highlight character, balance, and authenticity.
To join a tasting, simply ask at the reception – we’ll be happy to organize it for you. Tastings take place with a minimum of 6 participants.
