Arrival & Departure

Rooms are available from 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:30 a.m.If you arrive earlier, luggage can be safely stored, and all hotel facilities are already available for your use.A late check-out is possible upon request and subject to availability. In this case, 50% of the room rate will be charged.

Booking & Payment Terms
A reservation is considered confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us.

• Flexible Rate:
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After that or in case of no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

• Non-Refundable Rate:
A 100% prepayment is required. This booking cannot be cancelled or modified.

Pets
Pets are welcome upon request in selected rooms.
We charge €20 per day and pet (without food).
For hygienic reasons, pets are not allowed in the dining room or the wellness area.

Local Tax
The statutory local tax currently amounts to €2.70 per person per night (from 14 years of age).

Children
Children of all ages are warmly welcome.
Children under 3 years stay free of charge in the room of two full-paying adults.
Baby cots are available on request.
All prices are per room and night, including breakfast or half board, depending on the booked offer.
Special rates apply for children and additional guests, which are specified individually when booking.

Payment Methods
We accept cash, debit cards, Visa, and Mastercard.
Cash payments are possible up to the legally permitted limit.

Smoking
The entire Mineralienhotel is a non-smoking area.
Exceptions apply on balconies, the terrace, and all outdoor areas outside the hotel grounds.

Included Services
The following facilities are available free of charge for all hotel guests:
• the hotel’s own mineral museum
• the wellness area with saunas and indoor pool
• the fitness room
• the billiard room
• parking directly in front of the hotel
• the underground garage with video surveillance
• Wi-Fi throughout the hotel

Wellness Area
The wellness area is open to our hotel guests around the clock (24 hours a day).
The mineral saunas, steam bath, and salt grotto are heated daily from the afternoon until late evening – however, the area can be used at any time, even at night.

Guest Card & Mobility
With the Südtirol Guest Pass – Natz-Schabs Card (as of 2025), hotel guests can use all public transport within the South Tyrol südtirolmobil network free of charge – from regional trains to city buses.
The pass is automatically sent by email upon arrival (printed version available on request).
It is valid for the entire duration of the stay and is provided free of charge by the hotel.

Culinary Delights
A continental breakfast with Alpine character is included in all standard rates.
For dinner, our half board offers a refined 4-course à la carte menu.
Chef Markus and his team cook with the highest quality standards – fresh, seasonal, and à la minute.
Our cuisine combines the best of South Tyrolean traditions and Italian influences – authentic, regional, and creative.

Room Preferences
Specific room preferences (e.g., floor, orientation, or room number) are gladly considered but cannot be guaranteed.

Recommendation
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to be covered in case of unforeseen events (such as illness, accident, or weather-related issues).
