Taste six carefully selected wines from Italy’s most renowned wine regions – from South Tyrol to Sicily. The tasting is personally guided by our sommelier, Noah Klement, and lasts approximately 90 minutes.

Every tasting is different. Each week, sommelier Noah Klement presents a new selection of his personal favourites, taking you on a journey through the fascinating world of Italian wines.
Traditional South Tyrolean “Marende”
To accompany the wines, we serve a classic South Tyrolean platter with local cured speck, a selection of regional cheeses, and traditional South Tyrolean Schüttelbrot – the perfect pairing to enhance the character of each wine.
A truly unique stone cellar
The tasting takes place in our hand-built natural stone cellar – an exceptional venue with a warm and authentic atmosphere, creating the perfect setting for an unforgettable evening of wine.
