A South Tyrolean culinary experience

At the Mineralienhotel, cuisine is more than just food – it’s part of the experience. Our kitchen, led by Markus Klement, combines regional authenticity with a refined touch, creating meals that feel both rooted in tradition and delightfully modern. Freshness and sustainability being the cornerstones of our cuisine, we take great care in sourcing our ingredients from local producers and mirror both season and regional character.

We offer the following, exclusively for our guests:

Each day begins with a generous breakfast buffet, featuring fresh local products and a wide selection of specialties. For those who enjoy something extra, additional à la carte dishes are available on request.

In the evening, guests are welcomed to a four-course dinner, with a choice of starters and main courses to suit every taste. A highlight is the salad and cold starters buffet, offering up to 30 varieties each evening – crisp, colorful, and full of flavor.

Once a week, our kitchen celebrates the region with a South Tyrolean evening, serving traditional dishes accompanied by live music, creating an atmosphere that brings guests and locals together.

Our Passion for Wine

Of course, no meal is complete without the right glass of wine. At the Mineralienhotel, wine is more than just a pairing – it’s a passion. This is where Noah Klement, who completed his sommelier studies in Copenhagen, brings his expertise to life. Our wine cellar holds a carefully curated collection of bottles from across the world, with a particular focus on the great wine regions of Italy. From crisp whites to elegant reds, each label has been chosen with care to reflect both character and quality.
