The Mineralienhotel was born from the lifelong passion of Markus Klement. What began as a childhood fascination with minerals in the mountains around Natz grew over the years into a remarkable collection of more than 1,500 specimens from 50 countries.
At the Mineralienhotel, cuisine is more than food – it’s part of the experience. Our kitchen, combines regional, fresh and authenticity with a refined touch, creating meals that feel both rooted in tradition and delightfully modern.
Getting here
The Mineralienhotel Natznerhof is located in Natz-Schabs, on the sunny plateau above Brixen in South Tyrol. Just a few minutes from the A22 motorway exit and easily reached from Brixen train station. Nearby airports such as Innsbruck, Verona and Bolzano also offer convenient travel options.
